Core settings are found in Dashboard -> Helpdesk -> Helpie Settings -> Core.
Knowledge Base Main Title:
Are you thinking of how to create a Title for your Knowledgebase? It’s so simple.
Under Core Settings tab, you can set the Main Title of the Knowledgebase. The title which you set will be displayed on the main page of the Helpdesk as shown above.
Knowledge Base Sub-Title:
You can also change the Knowledge base-subtitle which will be displayed right below the Main title.

Do you want to edit your articles from the front end or want your users to edit your articles without giving them permission to your admin dashboard?
Helpie has the feature of Front-end editing where you can edit all your articles from the front-end without the need to access the dashboard.
Front-end editing option can be enabled from the checkbox ‘Enabled Frontend editing’ as shown below.
Do you want to restrict certain users from accessing the front-end editing option? You can use this option ‘Who can edit in the front-end‘ to control the user access. Only the users that you gave permission in the checkbox will have the access to edit in the frontend.
