Article Listing

Now you can list all your articles in any way you wish. Helpie has three different ways to list your articles:

  1. Using our Plugin settings.
  2. Using the Elementor Page Builder.
  3. Using widgets.

Using Helpie Settings:

Go to Dashboard -> Helpdesk -> Helpie settings -> Main Page -> Enable ‘Show Article Listing’.

Once you enable it, You will see a popup box titled as Article Listing below where you can modify all your article list in a way that you wish.


You can give any title according to the sorting you are going to list. Eg: Recent Articles, Popular articles etc..

Sort By:

You can sort the articles in four different ways: Recent, Recently Updated, Popular and based on Alphabetical


Under the Topics, you can select the categories from which the Articles should be listed. You can select ‘All’ if you want the articles to be selected from all the categories.


You can select two styles either List or Card view.

Number of Columns:

You can set the number of Columns (Max 4). Remember this works only for Card view.


You can set the limit to any number of articles you want to list.

Show Image:

You can either show or hide image for your articles. Remember this works only for Card view.

Extra Info:

Extra Info such as Author name and date can be shown or hidden. Remember this also works only for Card view.

Using Elementor page builder:

Note: Before following these below steps, you need to install Elementor page builder. Its one of the fast growing page builder and is available for free. You can get the elementor by going to Dashboard -> Plugins -> Add new -> and search elementor in the search box which will be in the top right corner where you can get and install the elementor for free.

Once you activate the Elementor, create a page and select edit with Elementor option and you will be lead to a new page where you can edit your page with the Elementor as shown below.

In the search box, type Helpie article listing which will let you do all sorting, filtering, styling your articles.

Using Widgets:

You can also filter, sort or style your articles listing through the widgets in WordPress.

Go to Dashboard -> Appearance -> Widgets. There you will see the option “Kb Article listing” in the available widgets. You can take that and place it anywhere as you wish, let that be sidebar, footer or header accordingly as your theme allows.
