User Roles


Helpie’s ticketing system has 3 major “roles” so far: Admin, Agent, Customer.

Mind you, these are not WordPress roles. In fact, you can choose which WordPress User Roles can be your ticketing “Admin”, “Agent” or “Customer”.

To customise / change these roles, go to: WP Dashboard -> Tickets System -> Ticketing System Settings -> Users and choose your roles.
